Procedure for Creatine test

• Mix the culture well and transfer about 2ml to 2.5ml into the test tube.

• Add a small quality of creatine.

• Add equal quatity (2 to 2.5ml) of the alkaline solution.

• Mix Throughly by shaking the test tube and allow to stand for 10 min.

• Observe the formation of a pink band on the surface of the milk and time taken.
